Solis Capital was created in 2017 by Christopher Down, founder of Hearthstone Investments, a residential fund manager which launched the UK's first residential PAIF and now manages over £400m AUM.
 

Our small team provides consultancy services to clients in the housing and green energy sectors, whether they are existing fund managers looking to diversify into a new asset class or asset owners intending to raise external capital. We also develop our own funds to fill specific institutional investor needs.

We also have an extensive track record in supporting property sector businesses which are either in distress or undergoing periods of significant change.

• A long-term, carbon-negative forestry fund aimed at supporting sustainable UK-based forestry and providing carbon offset opportunities.
